LEE STANKLER – DIRECTOR
CONTRACT CONTROL, PROCUREMENT & TECHNICAL DESIGN





After leaving Leeds Polytechnic, Lee spent 2½ years working as a construction fitter for Dexion Limited after which, he was promoted into their Design & Construction Office. Within this time he has obtained qualification in the use of Structural Steel in Building. This eventually resulted in him becoming the Regional Design & Construction Manager for the North & Midlands regions, of which the annual turnover was in excess of £ 5,000 000. As well as being in overall control of all contracts for the division, producing design and load calculations, providing innovative technical design facility was one of his key responsibilities. Lee was also the officer responsible for the Contracts Division being accredited with BS5750 Parts 1 & 2. After 6½ years of service with Dexion, Lee joined a smaller company as a Contract Director, eventually to form Interior Design Concepts with his colleague Mike Aksoy.

Lee is responsible for overall control of all IDC contracts including the procurement of all materials, provision of fitters and sub-contractors and site management as well as dealing with technical design matters. Additional responsibilities include overall supervision of company accounts.
